Our phones lines are answered 24/7. If you have an emergency, please call our office, or send us an email. We will resolve all concerns as quickly as we can.

Yes, we charge a 20% deposit to your credit card. All deposits are NON refundable. The balance for hourly bookings is due 24 hours before the ride is conducted and the balance for all other bookings is due at least 2 hours before the ride is conducted.

We offer drop-off and pickups as well as minimum hourly bookings. The choice is yours however, there are many advantages to booking on an hourly bases, especially for special events and occasions. You will have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed to you for your entire service and are able to leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops; the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed. It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the specified booking period.

As soon as your reservation is complete, you will receive an emailed confirmation.

All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and in our Party Vehicles you will receive ice in the built-in coolers, glassware, and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages.

A cleanup fee is assessed if upon completion of your booking we deem the vehicle excessively dirty (i.e. spills, stains, sick etc.) that require additional time and costs for cleanup. This also includes vomit/sickness in the vehicle that is NOT in a waste bag or container. The minimal fee is $300.00 – Any smoking in the vehicles carries an automatic $1000 fee.

Reservations can be made with us from a variety of options. We accept reservations via phone, email, our App or on our online booking form found on our website.

Yes, we do! The shuttle buses we commonly carry in our fleet are 12-24 passenger capacity. We have several in our fleet, to serve your needs. Contact our office for pricing and availability.

You may request a particular driver; we will try our best to accommodate. However, we cannot make any guarantees.

Airport arrivals: We monitor all flights for late arrivals, in the event of a delay for whatever reason. We offer 1-hour complimentary waiting time that starts from the actual arrival time of the flight. Should there be a delay beyond the 1 hour after arrival, please contact the dispatcher at 1-844-424-3325 or 416-800-8774. Should you require the driver to continue waiting, then waiting time charges will be billed in 15-minute increments. Failure to contact the dispatcher after 1 hour from actual arrival time will constitute a “NO SHOW” and the full price will be charged.

Airport Drop-offs/Point to Point trips – There is a 15-minute complimentary waiting time on Airport Drop-offs and Point to Point trips. Waiting time will begin after the allotted 15 minutes and billed in 15-minute increments.

Airport Transfers/Point to Point trips – With respect to Airport Pick-ups, Drop-offs or Point to Point trips, there is a 2-hour cancellation policy before the scheduled pick-up failing which the full price will apply.

Hourly trips – With respect to hourly trips, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy before the scheduled pick-up failing which the full price of the ride will be assessed.

The Company will make every effort to accommodate requests for additional reservation time where possible. However, this is not guaranteed. To avoid this situation, we recommend that reservations are made for the anticipated duration of the trip
